Olivier Béroudiaux
Founder of GEM-IN-I

Olivier has gained multi-sector experience as an employee and freelancer in SMEs, multinationals, start-ups and non-profit organizations.

Thanks to his many travels, he has cultivated a certain humility and an open mind to the world and its different cultures (respectful of people). For him, every human encounter is an incredibly rich experience.

In 2011, looking for more meaning and human values in his work, he became a generalist consultant in the Human Resources sphere (a.o. for qualified contacts with experts in Talent & Leadership, Learning & Development, HRIS, Change management, …).

Today, GEM-IN-I is positioned as a player capable of meeting the needs of (1) employees and freelancers in professional transition (career coaching), (2) organizations undergoing organizational and/or cultural transformation.

The consultants use a variety of tools, depending on the needs analyzed beforehand. These include team diagnosis with TOB (Organizational Theory of Berne), personality profiling with Profils Nuances (for career coaching and team cohesion), and tools for agile transformation, shared governance and collective intelligence.

On the one hand, Olivier helps individuals in career coaching towards greater alignment with their life mission & core values. On the other hand, GEM-IN-I supports organizations as a facilitator, to help their teams evolve towards greater maturity, drawing on the tools of collective intelligence and intuition.

Olivier is altruistic and curious. He is a true chameleon, with a high level of professional awareness and a passion for human development. He takes the time to understand the needs of the stakeholders. And as a true relationship builder, he builds bridges to help his customers co-create innovative solutions. This is also possible thanks to his open-mindedness and great adaptability to this complex and uncertain world (VUCA).
